30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included components.
How to Start a Return
Email service@sdpfkr.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.
Refund Timing
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional posting time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Items showing use, wear, damage after delivery, or missing original components may not qualify for return or refund.
